"Kols Square" commercial building at Thaiyur, Old Mahabalipuram Road

 

The Kols Square aims to attract the vibrant startup community to this part of the city. Its facades are all covered with glass panels, inspired by IT industrial spirit of the area, while adding white and Metallic geometric forms of aluminium composite panels to bring new life to the neighborhood. The building comprises stilt + 4 full stories with open view of Old Mahabalipuram Road. 

Meditation Hall concepts developed for Mr J Jayakrishnan at Kovalam

The project is located in East coast Road adjacent to a natural wetland in the suburb of Kovalam. The design brief is to transform a linear Hall space into a place to hold  meditation, yoga, and other related activities, providing the guests with a tranquil retreat inside the community, responding to the image of the wetland landscape.
